Pay Per Lead is worth it and + iSpeed is great
I was skeptical about buying leads from anyone, Sofia followed up with me the most and was the most human out of all the other Pay Per Lead sales folks, so she got me to buy in. I was still nervous, but then bang-bang, 2/5 first exclusive leads turned into deals, 1 is already sold and one is most likely going to be sold this week. Just bought another batch of leads!

Closed a deal for $10,000 with an…
Closed a deal for $10,000 with an iSpeed lead. It was a seller that had some equity, but not enough to sell the house traditionally. We had to self perform the subject to/seller finance hybrid to close it into a trust but at the end of the day, everyone is happy and I turned $50 into $10,000. iSpeed has a the most generous refund policy in the business and great customer service. Highly recommended if you want to have control over when you get your leads.

I’ve used all the major PPL providers and I live both the nationwide exclusive leads and the ability to pick and chose sale leads with the coupon club to lower my cost average. I recently locked in a seller finance deal at 50% to as is market value and it will cashflow $350 a month going forward.
