BatchLeads Alternatives in 2026: 7 Tools Compared on Price, Data vs Live Leads and Contract Rate
BatchLeads alternatives are the property data platforms and live lead sources wholesalers use to find motivated sellers without a BatchLeads subscription.
iSpeedToLead is the largest motivated seller leads marketplace in the US, and it’s the only tool on this list that publishes what a signed contract actually costs its buyers.
That number matters more than any monthly fee. A $119 data plan and a $199 lead can end up with very different costs per contract once skip tracing, dialing and follow-up are added.
This article compares seven BatchLeads alternatives on price, on whether you’re buying data or live leads, and on what each one tells you about contract rate.
Contract rate tells you how much money and work it takes to get one signed purchase agreement. It isn’t the price of a record, a skip trace or a lead.
Most BatchLeads alternatives are data platforms, so their pricing stops at the list. Everything after that is your job:
So this comparison uses three criteria:
Only one tool on this list publishes the third number. That’s worth knowing before you compare monthly fees.
BatchLeads is a well-built list platform. An October 2026 comparison by Goliath Data says it offers nationwide list building and stacking, a seller-likelihood score called BatchRank, and a driving-for-dollars app.
Its ownership changed in 2025. PropStream announced its acquisition of BatchLeads and BatchDialer on July 7, 2025. A REsimpli pricing review updated in October 2026 says the two platforms still run on separate subscriptions.
That same review lists BatchLeads at $119/month for Growth, $349/month for Professional and $749/month for Scale before annual discounts. The Goliath Data comparison also notes that BatchDialer is a separate subscription and that SMS runs through your own carrier account. For many investors, that setup is exactly the right fit. For others, it’s the reason they start looking around.
iSpeedToLead works differently from every data tool on this list. Instead of exporting records and building outreach, you browse the live lead marketplace, preview each seller’s details and decide to buy or pass. More than 16,000 investors have bought leads on iSpeedToLead.
Every lead carries a DealPredictor AI score, so you can see which situations look strongest before you spend a dollar. Lead status sets how much competition you face: Exclusive leads go to one buyer only, and Sale leads are shared with up to 5 buyers.
The contract numbers are public. iSpeedToLead buyers signed 1,028 contracts in July 2026. Over the last 12 months, a signed contract cost about $2,300 overall, about $1,500 for members and about $6,900 with Exclusive leads.
Misty Arellano tested this model head to head. She split-tested iSpeedToLead against two other pay-per-lead companies. She then kept only iSpeedToLead after spending under $2,000 and landing three contracts, two of them novations, according to her success story.
PropStream is one of the deepest property data tools available, and it now owns BatchLeads. As of May 2026, PropStream lists Essentials at $99/month, Pro at $199/month and Elite at $699/month. Its 7-day trial includes 50 free leads.
PropStream’s pricing page says skip tracing costs 12 cents per contact on Essentials. Pro includes free skip tracing worth up to $6,000 per month, which is real value for high-volume list builders.
The tradeoff is the same as with BatchLeads. PropStream gives you the owner, and you still create the conversation, the qualification and the follow-up.
DealMachine’s driving-for-dollars app is the strongest on this list for spotting distressed properties on the street. As of July 2026, DealMachine lists Basic at $99 per user, Pro at $149 per user and Scale at $599 per 10-user package. Annual billing takes 17% off.
Contact reveals use data credits from your plan. Direct mail is paid separately from a prepaid wallet, with a 4×6 postcard at $0.75 on Basic. That makes DealMachine a strong pick for local farming.
It’s still a data tool, though. A distressed-looking house tells you about the property, not whether the owner wants to sell this month.
Propwire’s free tier is genuinely generous. A REsimpli review updated in October 2026 says it includes up to 10,000 property downloads and 10 skip trace credits per month. Extra traces cost 10 cents per successful match.
For an investor learning how to pull and filter lists, that’s hard to beat. Propwire Gold adds more skip traces and unlimited downloads for $119/month.
The free data is the cheap part of the process. The expensive part, finding the owner who actually wants to sell, is still on you.
REISift built its reputation on list stacking, which helps investors find owners who appear on several distress lists at once. The reisift.io domain now redirects to DataSift.
That makes it a strong fit for operators already running multi-channel outbound who need to organize the data they have. The vendor doesn’t list pricing on G2, so you’ll need a sales call to compare it.
If you don’t already have lists and an outreach team, a list management tool solves a problem you don’t have yet.
Property Leads sells inbound seller leads rather than data, which puts it closer to iSpeedToLead than any tool above. In March 2026, the company announced a live transfer system that connects sellers to investors by phone while they’re still engaged.
Speed to contact is valuable with inbound leads. The buying decision, though, happens at the territory level: you set bids by county, state or nationwide and receive leads when you win.
iSpeedToLead takes the opposite approach. You review each lead and its DealPredictor score before you buy, so you can pass on anything outside your buy box.
NeedToSellMyHouseFast works like pay-per-click ads, according to a REsimpli explainer updated in June 2026. You choose states and counties, bid per lead and set a budget ceiling. Once your budget runs out, leads go to the next-highest bidder.
That gives experienced buyers fine control over spend. The same source notes that competitors can bid in your counties too, so prices can move with demand.
Bidding rewards whoever pays most for the territory. A marketplace rewards whoever picks the right lead.

iSpeedToLead is the only tool here that sells you a seller and reports what a contract costs.
A data subscription starts you at the property. An iSpeedToLead lead starts you at a seller who already responded, with motivation, timeline and property details visible before purchase.
Jerry Norton put the benchmark plainly:
“From an investment perspective, how often would you spend $4,500 to make $15,000 over and over again? In 2025, anytime you can be under $5,000 in cost per contract, you are way ahead of the game.”
Jerry Norton, Flipping Mastery / Joe Home Buyer
iSpeedToLead’s average over the last 12 months is about $2,300 per signed contract, and about $1,500 for members.
You can preview each lead in the LeadFeed and decide to buy or pass. Or you can set filters once and let AutoMatch automated lead delivery buy Exclusive leads that match your criteria.
Purchased leads land in MyCRM for notes, reminders and status tracking. Once a deal is under contract, the DealSpeed disposition network helps you find a buyer.
More than 16,000 investors have bought leads on the platform, and buyers sign 1,000+ contracts every month. That’s contract-level proof, not a feature list.
iSpeedToLead’s take: a data subscription isn’t a cheaper version of a lead. It’s a different job, and it only wins on cost if you already have the team to turn records into conversations.
Pick the model that matches the work you’re set up to do:
There is a downside to iSpeedToLead. It isn’t the cheapest way to get a phone number, and it isn’t built for investors who want to own a proprietary list in one zip code. It’s built for investors who’d rather pay for a conversation than build the machine that creates one.
“Pay-per-lead is one of the hottest, most popular marketing channels in wholesale real estate today.”
Jerry Norton, Flipping Mastery / Joe Home Buyer

Getting started takes a few minutes:
Start with one market and a handful of leads. Scale once you see which grades and statuses close for you.
iSpeedToLead is the BatchLeads alternative for investors who want to start at the seller instead of the spreadsheet. PropStream, DealMachine, Propwire and DataSift are strong data tools, and Property Leads and NeedToSellMyHouseFast offer real inbound models.
Only iSpeedToLead publishes what a signed contract costs: about $2,300 overall and about $1,500 for members.
If you’re comparing tools on contract rate rather than monthly fee, that number is the place to start.

PropStream and BatchLeads serve the same data-driven investor, and PropStream has owned BatchLeads since July 2025. Investors who want sellers rather than data often compare both against iSpeedToLead.
